North Dakota Native Vote had a booth this year at the United Tribes Technical College Leadership Summit. The goal in attending the summit was to build our social media platforms and get our work and messaging out into the community. We had a $100 gift card drawing for people who visited the booth and took a photo with our NDNV “Inspire Indigenous Action” sign and then tagged us on their social media. Jessica, the Communications Coordinator, also filmed video testimonies on why people think it’s important to get out the vote. It was a fun and productive two-day conference.

It was neat for conference attendees to see themselves posted on our monitor throughout the conference, we had about 14 tags and mentions and got lots of good feedback and reach with our posts.
